Kicked them out and would not wait on them, including me and the wife. And then, the cops were being called on the ones who were complaining about the way we were all being treated. It is a sad day, when a company, whose existence depends on the consumer totally for their survival, can get away with treating its customer base in this way. Verizon, I hope, will be much different. Besides, when they get a 'sales' presence here in the form of a permanent store and get their towers up and running in a couple of months, then their service will be superioror to AT&T.
You are correct. All of this will play a part in it, and Verizon is the better service for this area.
A lot of people HATE Verizon's customer service, but just always remember, the person on the other end of the phone is a PERSON and they can only do so much.
I've always had exceptional service, and at a period kept getting crappy blackberrys and Verizon had NO problem continually sending out a new/refurbished one until it was fixed. I've been a customer going on 8 years and would never switch away.
